PAYMENT/TRANSACTIONS POLICY*
Late fees are charged automatically to your account 10 days after purchase date or first of
the month for tuition. Once you have passed your 10-day grace period and balance is still owed
you will incur a $10 late fee charge.
Ways to pay your balance are cash, check, CashApp, or debit card. We also have auto-pay
that you can set up at your own convenience. For a special payment plan please reach out to
Mrs. Juan. Payments can be made online or in-studio. If paying cash or check in person please
use an envelope with child’s name and month tuition if for. Although, PayPal is an option on our
online system we do not accept PayPal payments. If using CashApp please get with Mrs.Juan before making a CashApp payment a service charge will be added to tuition.
*Payment options, processes and fees subject to change. Bounced checks will incur a
charge of $20 on your account.
In most cases our performance and costume fees are included in the tuition costs. However, in other cases these fees may not be, and this will be notified upon registration of that particular session and/or event. This information will be displayed for each performance and/or season. Any questions, concerns, suggestions or help from any parents will be greatly appreciated.
For dance class tuition there are no refunds on classes taken. No refunds on registration fees. Tuition can be transferred on a case-by-case basis.
