• Royal Fusion | Age: 7+ | 3:00-4:00 pm

• BTS Royal Modern | Age: 7+ | 4:10-5:10 pm

• Royal Court Dance Team | Age: 7+ | 5:15-6:00 pm *must tryout

Royal Elan Performing Arts Center & Guardian of Student

I/we (the dancer and parent/guardian) realize that participation in dance classes and activities could involve some possible personal injury. Despite precautions, accidents and injuries may occur. By signing this release form, I/we (the dancer and parent/guardian) assume all risks related to the use of any and all spaces used by Royal Elan Performing Arts Center.

I/we (the dancer and parent/guardian) agree to release and hold harmless Royal Elan Performing Arts Center including its teachers, dancers, staff members and facilities used by Royal Elan Performing Arts Center from any cause of action, claims, or demands now and in the future. I/we will not hold Royal Elan Performing Arts Center liable for any personal injury or any personal property damage, which may occur on the premises before, during or after classes. Furthermore, I/we agree to obey the class and facility rules and take full responsibility for my/our behavior in addition to any damage I/we may cause to the facilities utilized by Royal Elan Performing Arts Center.

I understand that Royal Elan Performing Arts Center is licensed, accredited and insured. In the event that I/we should observe any unsafe conduct or conditions before, during or after my/our classes, I/we agree to report the unsafe conduct or conditions to the Dance Studio Owner, Director, Individual Instructor or staff member as soon as possible.

PAYMENT/TRANSACTIONS POLICY*

• Late Fees

Late fees are charged automatically to your account 10 days after purchase date or first of

the month for tuition. Once you have passed your 10-day grace period and balance is still owed

you will incur a $10 late fee charge.

• Payments

Ways to pay your balance are cash, check, CashApp, or debit card. We also have auto-pay

that you can set up at your own convenience. For a special payment plan please reach out to

Mrs. Juan. Payments can be made online or in-studio. If paying cash or check in person please

use an envelope with child’s name and month tuition if for. Although, PayPal is an option on our

online system we do not accept PayPal payments. If using CashApp please get with Mrs.Juan before making a CashApp payment a service charge will be added to tuition.

*Payment options, processes and fees subject to change. Bounced checks will incur a

charge of $20 on your account.

• Performance/Costume Fees

In most cases our performance and costume fees are included in the tuition costs. However, in other cases these fees may not be, and this will be notified upon registration of that particular session and/or event. This information will be displayed for each performance and/or season. Any questions, concerns, suggestions or help from any parents will be greatly appreciated.

• Refunds/Transfers

For dance class tuition there are no refunds on classes taken. No refunds on registration fees. Tuition can be transferred on a case-by-case basis.
